Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 has a new leader, effective April 1. Ray Holsing was recently installed as the new Exalted Ruler for 2023-2024. Ray was installed by PER and PDDGER Scott King, also of Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094. This will be Ray's second term as Exalted Ruler of this Lodge.
