Rawding installed as Elks state vice president

Adam Rawding, Past Exalted Ruler of Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094, and his wife, Nancy, recently attended the PA Elks Association Spring Convention at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg, Pa. At the State Association meeting, Rawding was installed as the District State Vice President (DSVP) for the Elks North Central District for the year 2023-24.
