The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 recently announced the second place finisher for Mason Glunt, in the State Elks Association's Americanism Essay Contest. First, Mason competed at the local Elks Lodge level, writing on the topic "What is Your American Dream?" Across the Commonwealth, over 300 essays were submitted and judged at the local Lodge level. Then, at the District Elks level, 96 essays were moved forward to be judged at the State level.
