Honors continue to be bestowed on Bellefonte Elks Lodge Officers. At the recent Elks North Central District Meeting, PER Adam Rawding, left, was sworn in as District State Vice President for the North Central District. At the same event, PER Doug Linebaugh, right, was sworn in as District Chaplain.
