The Bellefonte Elks, through its Garver Fund, recently awarded a $3,000 grant to the Howard Fire Company to enable the purchase of new pagers. These new pagers are ideally designed for fire departments and other organizations that need to react quickly in time of emergency. These new pagers are flexible, rugged, reliable and built for the realities of first responders.
