The Bellefonte Elks newly formed Little Elks Program had its second community event, a night of trick or treating at the Embassy of Hearthside. The Little Elks were greeted by the residents, who thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and interact with the Little Elks. The Little Elks were presented with plenty of treats, and additionally enjoyed snacks, drinks, and games.
