The Sugar Valley Lions Club honored area Students of the Month from Sugar Valley Rural Charter School at their recent dinner meeting. The students are selected by their school administration for their academic achievements, leadership abilities and involvement in community activities. The students honored for the first trimester of the 2024-2025 school year are Breyer Martin, accompanied by his parents Dan and Melissa Martin, Parker Liddic, accompanied by his parents Walter and Danielle Liddic and grandparents Hal and Shirley Weaver, and Lincoln Breon, accompanied by his parents Derek and Autumn Breon. Brian Stugart, Secondary Administrator at the Sugar Valley Rural Charter School introduced each student asking them to tell the Lions members of their current activities and future plans after graduation.
