The Bellefonte Elks Lodge # 1094 recently conducted its annual Chili Cook-off, to benefit the Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Program. This program provides support and advocacy to individuals of any age, who have developmental disabilities, all at no cost to the individual. Results of the cook-off were as follows: Ray Rolsing, pictured at left, in first place; Rusty Koleno in second place, center; and Beth Crist in third place, at right. In addition to the delicious chili, this event raised $120 to benefit PA Elks Home Service Program.
