Bellefonte Elks Lodge # 1094 Exalted Ruler Terree Michel recently presented the Elks Distinguished Citizenship Award to Jeff Bird, assistant manager at Weis Market in Bellefonte. ER Michel states that Bird has been instrumental in assisting with food procurement for the Elks Christmas Basket Program, assuring that food items are ready in the appropriate time frame.
