The end of the Elks Lodge year is fast approaching, and with it a time of special recognition for many members who have made a difference for their lodges during the past year. Bellefonte Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Terree Michel was very pleased to announce the selection of Rhonda Leiter as Elk of the Year for Lodge Year 2024-2025. In making the announcement, ER Michel pointed out that Rhonda has worked tirelessly as a program volunteer and contributed time and effort to lodge and club outreach efforts.
