Sugar Valley Lions Club member, Lion Robert Mills of Loganton has been awarded the International President’s Certificate of Appreciation from Dr. Patti Hill, International President of Lions Clubs International for 2023-2024. The award is in recognition of distinguished achievements in fulfilling the mission of Lions International. Lion Robert joined the Sugar Valley Lions Club in 1985. He has been a valuable asset to the club, its members and the community while holding numerous offices of the club and District 14-G positions as well. Shown presenting his award is Past District Governor Kathy Douty of the Jersey Shore Lioness-Lions Club.
