The Philipsburg Elks Lodge # 1173 recently provided an opportunity for children of Elks members to participate in an afternoon of Easter fun, with lunch, games and cookie decorating. Fifteen children participated in this Easter program provided by the Philipsburg Lodge. Shown here are a number of the children, as they are entertained by the Easter Bunny.
