The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 recently announced that Past Exalted Ruler Douglas Linebaugh has been appointed District State Vice President for the Elks North Central District. Linebaugh has served in various leadership capacities within the Elks organization and will continue to provide leadership in this role.
