Sons and Daughters of Italy recently handed out $8,500 in scholarships to graduating seniors that will be attending college in the fall. The Sons and Daughters of Italy has been awarding scholarships for over 20 years. The annual Cash Bash that will be held on the Italian Courtyard, Oct. 5 starting at noon, is the fundraising event that helps provide for this type of giving. Tickets are on sale now at the lodge.
