BENV Kiwanis hold Bike Rodeo at Night Out

LOCK HAVEN -- The 4th Annual Clinton County Night Out was coordinated by Clinton County Sheriff Kerry Stover and District Attorney Dave Strouse. The Kiwanis Club of Bald Eagle and Nittany Valleys were honored to be a part of it again this year.
The Kiwanis of BENV Bike Rodeo was co-chaired by members Tim Meyers and Della Watson. The club's station included a bike raffle, free children's books and a free bike helmet (and fitting). They also hosted a Bike Rodeo Course that focused on agility, braking, concentration and pedaling.
"Thank you to those that came out and enjoyed the day with us. We also want to give a special thank you to PennDOT District 2-0 and Geisinger for their support of the event by doing the helmet fittings," a release from the club said.
The club's participation in the event was made possible by a grant from the Pennsylvania Kiwanis Foundation.
