Bellefonte Elks Past Exalted Rulers Association Float 'All Aboard The Elk's Charity Train' followed by the PA Elks Drug Awareness Trailer and special guest Elroy the Elk participated in a recent parade. Five hundred backpacks full of school supplies, hygiene products and Drug Awareness information were handed out to the youth along the parade route. They also distributed over 100 pounds of candy and snacks through donations from its membership and friends.
