Elks share information about programs at Grange Fair

The Bellefonte Elks PER Association was successful in bringing back the long-time tradition where PER volunteers staffed and managed the Elks Grange Fair booth selling raffle tickets for Home Service. Elks members had the opportunity to speak about the Home Service Program and how this program helps those in the communities. Members also had the opportunity to promote the Elks Drug Awareness Program with our youth. With the assistance of Elroy the Elk and youth volunteers, they handed out over 200 Drug Awareness Program balloons, coloring books and crayons. It was a very busy night, lots of fun and positive interaction with adults and the youth. A big thank you to PER DSVP Doug Linebaugh, PER PDDGER Dick Mulfinger, PER PDDGER Denise Zelznick, PER John Rockey, PER Nina King and PER Brenda Kephart. Pictured are PERs In Training, Easton and Tripp and Elroy the Elk (member Donald Townsend).
