Each December, local organizations participate in the Festival of Trees, wherein Christmas Trees are decorated and placed at the CPI for viewing and judging. Proceeds from the event are donated to CPI. Shown here with the Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094's tree, are from left, Elks Trustee Terree Michel, Carol Kushwara and Mike Dugal, who decorated the tree.
