At the Centre County Board of Commissioners meeting on Thursday, Nov. 13, the Commissioners signed an Elks Veterans Remembrance Month Proclamation. In attendance was PPDGER and Air Force Veteran Adam Rawding, who outlined the programs the Elks do for the Veterans, the Welcome Home Kits, the Leather Kits and the visits to Centre Care. He also touched on the many other Elks programs such as support for the youth, community and local charitable organizations.
