A Quilts of Valor Service was recently performed at the Bellefonte Elks Club, by a team from the Quilts of Valor Team of Central Pennsylvania, led by Krista Gilday, Team Leader. Nine Quilts of Valor were presented, seven of which went to Elks members, as follows, from left, Kenneth Weaver, Larry Cramer, Steve McCulley, Darwin Light, Rick Hoffman, Dennis Reiter, Ron Geyer (Philipsburg Lodge). Additional Quilt presentations were made to: John Curtin and Terry Runkle. These Quilts are all hand-quilted by the QOV Team, and then presented in a very meaningful and dignified Quilts of Valor Ceremony, as demonstrated by the recent Program at the Bellefonte Elks.
