The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094’s Esteemed Leading Knight Evan Edwards recently attended the Blue and Gold Banquet for Pack 330 held at Faith Methodist Church in Bellefonte. This Arrow of Light (AOL) Ceremony depicts the event when Cub Scouts move to a Scout Troop. Edwards presented the Elks Grand Lodge Certificate of Achievement to each Scout.
