The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 announced the selection of Lydia Osman, as the Elks March Student of the Month, from the Bellefonte Area High School. Lydia represents academic excellence, meaningful service and authentic leadership in her high school. She brings curiosity and determination to everything she does. She challenges herself with the most difficult courses, contributes thoughtfully in class and consistently pushes herself to grow. She serves both her school and community, giving her time to projects that genuinely help others. Lydia truly wants to make a positive difference. She is respected for her accomplishments, how she treats others and for her kindness and patience. Lydia will now be in competition for the Elks Student of the Year honors, at the completion of the school year.
