Kiwanis Club of Lock Haven’s annual Law Day ceremony at the Sons and Daughters of Italy Lodge was held May 7 and was organized by the Clinton County Bar Association, founded in 1874. The guest speaker was retired Clinton County Judge Richard Saxton, whose long, distinguished career included serving as a public defender, county district attorney and, ultimately, as a president judge. Saxton offered a compelling and inspirational speech about the law in today’s society.
