The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094, and other organizations in the local area, joined the Bellefonte Police Department for Police National Night Out. This effort took place in and around Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte, and was designed to focus on connecting with community organizations and letting the community know what these organizations do in our community. Shown here is Lodge member Kim Chambers, as she works with a youngster on a craft project sponsored by the Bellefonte Elks.
