Sean and Teresa Carlson, of Woolrich, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Carlson to Zachary Jarrett, the son of John Jarrett of Lock Haven and Stephanie Bieber of Mill Hall. Samantha graduated from Lock Haven University in 2020 and is a learning support teacher at Central Mountain Middle School. Zach is employed at Avery Dennison as a Chemical Technician. They will be married on Oct. 14, 2023 at Tiadaghton Farm in Jersey Shore.
