Dr. and Mrs. Guillermo Bernal, of Yardley, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline, to George Riccardo. George is the son of Richard and Beth Riccardo, of Lock Haven, and the grandson of Dorothy Houck, of Woolrich. George and Jackie are graduates of The Pennsylvania State University, and reside in Washington D.C. Jackie is an auditor, and George is a lobbyist. George is a 2010 graduate of Central Mountain High School. A June 2023 wedding is scheduled.
