Heather Hewitt and Brandon Duck, of Mill Hall, are pleased to announce their wedding engagement. Hewitt, 29, a native of Oskaloosa, Iowa, is the daughter of Tim and Nicole Hewitt, of Lock Haven, and Sandra Anderson, of Oskaloosa. A 2011 graduate of Eddyville-Blakesburg Junior-Senior High School, Eddyville, Iowa, she is a paralegal at Lugg & Lugg Law Offices in Lock Haven. Duck, 33, a native of Lock Haven, is the son of Lynne and Jim Krape, of Lock Haven, and Barry and Brenda Duck, of Mill Hall. A 2007 graduate of Central Mountain High School, Duck is an auto mechanic at his family’s business, Elwood’s Auto Repair, Inc., in Dunnstown. A September wedding in Lock Haven is planned.
