Angel M. Mincer, 18, and Devyn J. Parker, 21, became engaged on July 16, 2023. Angel is a Bucktail Area Middle/High School graduate who plans to attend Commonwealth University-Lock Haven for early childhood education. Devyn graduated from Central Mountain High School and plans to attend trade school to become an electrician like his late father, Matthew W. Parker.
