Participants in Covenant Cafe's July session enjoyed a celebration of National Ice Cream Day and were visited by a local historical figure. Volunteer Pam Blesh, dressed as Dolley Madison for the celebration. She read the Declaration of Ice Cream Day for the participants before volunteer Kitty Oechler led the group in a Patriotic Sing Along.
