Wilkes University

Wilkes University is welcoming more than 500 students to campus as members of its new first-year class, including Norene Brown of Jersey Shore, a nursing major and recipient of a Dean Scholarship; Olivia Farr of Jersey Shore, a nursing major and recipient of a Dean Scholarship; and Paris West of Jersey Shore, a neuroscience major and recipient of a Provost Scholarship. The fall 2020 semester will begin on August 24 following the University's Welcome Weekend which provides first-year students with an introduction to life at Wilkes.

Gabriel Woods

Gabriel Woods of Lock Haven, has earned a Bachelor of Science, Business -- Human Resource Management degree from Western Governors University (WGU). The online, nonprofit university has graduated over 190,000 students from across the country since its inception in 1997.
