ROSS — Martin James and Keisha Leigh (Neidrich) Ross of Lock Haven, are the parents to a baby boy, Isaac Owen Ross, born 10:37 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2020. Isaac weighed 8 pounds and 14 ounces and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Kip Hoffman and Christine Neidrich of Lock Haven and Martin and Sue Ross, of Meadville, Pa.
