BURROWS — Jeffery and Jazalyn Burrows, of Lock Haven, are the parents of a baby girl, Paisley Leann Burrows, born April 5, 2021. Paisley was born at 3:20 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces at 19 and a half inches long. Grandparents are Gilbert and Sally Stevenson of Castanea, Ted Joseph Burrows of Jersey Shore and Donna and Joel Blyler of Millmont.
