PROUGH — Travis and Meagan Prough are proud to announce the birth of their son Cooper Francis Prough, born Aug. 12, 2021 at 1:06 p.m. at Geisinger Medical Center. Siblings are Rori, Emberlynn and Lander. Grandparents are Steve and Cindy Prough of Lock Haven and Francis and Emily Montarsi of Lamar.

STABLEY — Matthew Stabley and Elizabeth D’Ercole, of Loganton, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Hallie Renee Stabley, born Sept. 11, 2021 at 3:31 a.m. at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Hallie weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Amanda and Kenneth D’Ercole, of Mill Hall, and Kevin and Mary Stabley, of Avis.
