TIBBITTS — On Oct. 3, 2023 at 1:41 p.m. the Good Lord delivered to us the most beautiful little baby boy at 8 pounds, 5 ounces, Emerson L. Tibbitts. His proud parents are Ethen and Kalin Tibbitts. Grandparents on the father’s side are Danielle and Jeremy Miller, Bucky and Rachel Tibbitts, great-grandparents are Dennis and Rita Guthrie and Kevin and Toni Miller. Grandparents on the mother’s side are Ron (Slugger) and Cassie Smith, great-grandparents are Howard and April Welshans, Ron and Carmela Smith and Tammy Wynn.

LAWLESS — Abby and Liz Lawless are proud to announce the birth of their son, Drew Charles Lawless. Drew was born Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023. He weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long. He was born at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Md. Drew joins his big brother, Levi. Grandparents are Bill and Beth Lawless, of Lock Haven, and Jeff and Jan Herrington, of Frederick, Md. Drew is also blessed with his maternal great-grandmother, June Nevins, of Lock Haven, and his paternal great-grandmother, Pat Herrington, of White Lake, Mich.
