SWALWELL -- Brittany Etters and Joseph Swalwell, of New York, N.Y., are overjoyed to announce the birth of their daughter, Mirabel Sinclair Swalwell. Mirabel was born on May 3, 2026 at 4:51 a.m. at NYU Langone Tisch Hospital. Mirabel weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and measured 20.28 inches long. Mirabel's loving family includes maternal grandparents, Michael and Tammy Etters, of Howard, Pa., and paternal grandparents, James and Jill Swalwell. of Grasonville, Md., and Michael and Kelly Mathias of Naples, Fla.
