MT. HOLLY SPRINGS — This pretty little girl turned 12 years old on June 20. Madisyn Anne McCarty lives with her mom and dad, Kelly and Kevin, and her big sister, Alexandra, in Mt. Holly Springs, Pa. She will be entering the seventh grade at Yellow Breeches Middle School, South Middleton School District, this fall.

Madisyn is very active in her church and Girl Scouts. She plays soccer and is in the chorus at school. She plays the alto saxophone in the school band and is active in some of the school’s plays. She was in Matilda, Jr., and played a “Munchkin” in the Wizard of Oz. She is in the Youth Honors Band and has started taking tennis lessons this summer.

Madisyn loves to go kayaking and bicycling with her mom, dad and sister.

Madisyn is blessed with two grandmothers and a grandfather, Sue and Rich McCarty, of Mill Hall, and Sue Detwiler, of Lock Haven.
