LOCK HAVEN -- Jessica Garner Villegas, a 2013 graduate from Central Mountain High School, was recently recognized for all her hard-earned achievements.
The Hawaii Air National Guard made a post about Villegas that read:

"As the Air Tasking Order Production Flight Chief and Database Manager in the 201st Combat Operations Squadron, Villegas played a pivotal role in a critical weapon system modernization effort, helping to establish the first weapon system training suite in the Area of Responsibility."

Villegas is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Ronald Garner, of Lock Haven, and the granddaughter of CW (Bill) and Karyl Garner, of McElhattan.
