South Hills to present Coal Aly Band on June 25

STATE COLLEGE -- South Hills School of Business & Technology recently announced the fourth event of the 2023 Music Picnic Series.
On Sunday, June 25, free entertainment will begin at 6 p.m. on the north lawn with the Coal Aly Band.
The musicians of Coal Aly specialize in Motown and Rhythm & Blues -- “America’s happiest music.”
"We dare the audience not to sing along. This music takes you back to a time when music was a great healer and ignited cultural change. Don't forget your dancing shoes," a release from South Hills said.
These free, outdoor concerts are held rain or shine at South Hills' main campus located at 480 Waupelani Drive, State College. Everyone is encouraged to bring blankets and chairs. Grounds open at 4 p.m.; music starts at 6 p.m. and lasts until 7:30 p.m. There is plenty of free parking and restrooms are available.
