LOCK HAVEN — This year is the 10th anniversary of LH JAMS, so join everyone to celebrate all the special events planned during the 3-day extravaganza. The ROCKIN’ the RED BARN concert kicks off the 2025 LH JAMS festival on Thursday, Aug. 7. Doors at the Red Barn, 652 Island Road, Lock Haven, will open at 6:30 p.m., with music from 7:30-10:30 p.m.

A portion of the proceeds benefit the Jeff Gummo/CCAC scholarship for the Arts and the Uptown Music Collective Sponsorship.

The Scholarship goes to a graduating senior from Clinton County who is pursuing a career in the arts. The Uptown Music Collective sponsorship is new in 2025. This sponsorship will help defer a portion of the UMC annual tuition. A priority will be given to a Clinton County student interested in joining the Uptown Music Collective program.

Steve Getz, Director of LH JAMS, stated that “On behalf of the CCAC Board of Directors, we appreciate the wonderful support the community has shown over the past decade and hope this continues with the Rockin’ the Red Barn concert. This event will feature Nite-Time NYC band based out of upstate New York, and promises to be an amazing evening of exceptional entertainment that LH JAMS has become known for over the years.”

Nite-Time NYC is one of the most dynamic party bands in the Northeast with a wide ranging set list including everything from Stevie Wonder, Nirvana and ACDC to Carol King, Talking Heads, Journey, Tom Petty and the Eagles. Lead singer and co-leader, Amy Serrago, had this take on things,”I absolutely love our lineup! They’re so talented and have such range. I have a blast at every gig. I mean, sometimes we’ll go from jazz to 90’s to classic rock — in one set! It’s so fun seeing that packed dance floor every time. And I get to sing all my favorites!”

Shoop’s Charcuterie will provide a selection of deli meats, cheeses and fruits that are included with your ticket purchase. In addition, refreshments are “on tap” at the cash bar as Straub Brewery, the social brewery of LHJAMS, will offer a selection of their beers, along with wine service.

Tickets can be purchased online at LHJAMS.ORG under the Thursday, Aug. 7, tab. Paper tickets can be purchased at Schlesinger Communications office or The Station Gallery during regular business hours.

Starting at $3.69/week.
