WILLIAMSPORT — The Penn College Community Arts Center is proud to announce a generous contribution from Journey Bank through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. This donation will directly support the Center’s educational initiatives, helping to expand access to arts programming for students throughout the region. Jeff Arnold, Senior Executive Vice President of Journey Bank, shared, “Journey Bank is honored to support the Community Arts Center’s efforts to bring music and performing arts education to students across our region. As a community bank, funding education initiatives that help our young people learn, grow, and prosper is always a top priority.”

Through the EITC program, businesses can make impactful contributions to nonprofit organizations while receiving tax credits, creating a win-win for both the community and local enterprises.
