HOWARD -- After almost 32 years of partnership in the law firm of Rosamilia and Brungard, Randy P. Brungard has reduced his workload and has re-located his practice to the firm at 379 Marsh Creek Road in Howard.

"Although I will miss the strong bond that was formed with Charles Rosamilia and his two sons, Rocco and Thom, it was time to shift gears. We raised our kids while practicing law together and now we are helping raise our grandkids. I will miss that bond and the camaraderie we shared," said Brungard.

Brungard earned his Bachelor's of Arts degree at Franklin and Marshall University in 1977 and received his Juris Doctorate at Duquense University School of Law in 1980.

Over his years as an attorney, he has debated both criminal and civil cases in front of the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. His main areas of expertise of law include Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Domestic Law, Estate Planning and Administration and Real Estate Law. He has also been a guest lecturer at Penn State University on the topic of Equine Law.

Along with his devotion to law, Brungard is the current President of the Clinton County Bar Association, has been a member of the Lock Haven Rotary Club for 20 years, has served as an active PIAA wrestling official for 26 years and is a member of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Breeder's Association.
