Although they've been calling downtown Lock Haven home since December 2021, Darling and Dapper Children's Boutique was finally able to cut the ribbon and mark its official grand opening on Friday morning. Owners Sue Kern and daughter Kayla Graybill were happy to greet those who attended, including loyal customers and local officials. The mother-daughter duo said they're thankful to be part of the downtown Lock Haven community. The pair noted they were glad to have moved into the space at 228 E. Main St., after outgrowing their online operation in just a year. Sue and Kayla said they will be offering give-aways, sales and treats -- plus a free gift with purchase, while supplies last -- today in celebration of the milestone.
