Dale promoted to PA CareerLink EARN supervisor for Central Workforce Development Region

Central Susquehanna Opportunities has announced the promotion of Abby Dale to supervisor, EARN (Employment Advancement and Retention Network) for the Central Workforce Development Region.
In this new role, Abby will be responsible for ensuring the success of the region's EARN program. This program addresses the needs of low-income individuals on TANF/SNAP with serious barriers to gaining and maintaining employment by providing comprehensive case management, remediation, skills training, work activities, job placement and retention activities, as well as providing supportive services.
Abby will be supervising 18 staff across nine counties in five offices.
