November 2024 marks the 15th anniversary of Real IT Care LLC, a Williamsport based company who is passionate about supporting the technology needs of small to mid-sized businesses, both locally and nationally. Whether supporting a business’s Microsoft Office 365 environment, managing a company’s servers and PCs or providing advanced cybersecurity services to support the Department of Defense’s supply chain, Real IT Care is consumed with a “relationship first” business approach with their clients. Zane Patalive, one of the two business partners states “our mission is to support people, helping each of them to achieve their best within their organization. As we build relationships with the individuals, trust builds between our companies and when trust is high, we can provide superior service at reduced cost because it allows both of us to move faster and with less friction.”

In December 2023, the company celebrated the much-deserved retirement of Steven Shaible, one of the three founding partners. The partnership trio, which includes Kenny Steinbacher, opened their doors on a cool November day in 2009, right on the heels of the largest economic downturn since the Great Depression. Since this time, they have grown the company to 12 employees and have set a path for accelerated growth over the next five years. Kenny Steinbacher remarked “our growth and success as a company reflects our core value of being ‘client committed.’ By helping our clients reach their goals, we have been able to continue pushing toward our goals, too. Our primary conviction is to guide clients to proven solutions. That conviction forces us to continually improve ourselves and our products to ensure our clients are properly supported and protected from cyber-threats in this increasingly hostile world.”

With an eye towards the future, the partners share a common vision that growth is necessary for survival. Zane stated “our industry is consolidating, with large providers acquiring smaller firms. Kenny and I prioritize personal relationships with our clients over impersonal service. To maintain our boutique approach and competitive edge, we need to scale effectively.” The future looks bright for Real IT Care.
