Woodlands Bank proudly celebrated their 2025 Everyday Hero Community Service Award recipients during their Everyday Hero Breakfast.
The Everyday Hero Community Service Award honors non-paid individuals who go above and beyond in service to a local non-profit organization. Nominated by the non-profits they serve, these individuals stand as admirable examples of dedication and selflessness in strengthening the community.
The 2025 Everyday Hero recipients and their non-profits are:
— Mike Klees, Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, Susquehanna Valley Region
— Ted Loy, Lycoming Audubon Society
— Erin Frye, The Salvation Army, Lock Haven
This year’s honorees were selected by a panel of judges and recognized for the impact they have had and continue to have on their organizations. Each Everyday Hero and their non-profit have been highlighted through social media, billboards and print advertising.
In addition, Woodlands Bank awarded each winning non-profit a monetary donation of $2,000 to further support their vital work in the community. The celebration concluded at their Everyday Hero Breakfast with the premiere of a custom-made video, showcasing the stories of the 2025 Everyday Heroes and the organizations they serve.
Woodlands Bank extends their gratitude to all non-profits and volunteers who contribute tirelessly to the well-being of their communities. By honoring these Everyday Heroes, the bank reaffirms their commitment to celebrating community service and inspiring others to make a difference.
