Libby Glunk

WILLIAMSPORT — With over a decade of experience, Elizabeth “Libby” Glunk has joined C&N as AVP / Community Office Manager in Williamsport. Heading up C&N’s recently acquired 3rd Street location (formerly owned by Susquehanna Community Bank), Libby will cultivate relationships and share her expertise in the Williamsport Community.

Libby has held various positions throughout her banking career and has been instrumental in the opening of branch locations, helping to quickly establish new customer bases and drive growth.

She earned a B.S. in Business Administration: Banking & Finance from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2016 and graduated from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Advanced School of Banking in 2021.

A leader in her community, Libby has served with the Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity since 2022, first as chair of the Family Services Committee and currently as Treasurer. She was a proud member of the Leadership Lycoming Class of 2023.
