LOCK HAVEN -- Clinton County Commissioners, Clinton County Economic Partnership, friends and family joined Travel Haven Agency-Dream Vacations for a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony of its Lock Haven location at 130 E. Main St., Suite 4, on Oct. 16.
With a steady stream of incoming community members, family and friends, the event underscored a strong sense of support behind the franchise owner Michelle Dush-McCain, alongside her fiance, Raymond Hart.
Also in attendance were Michelle's daughter, Keisha, and son-in-law, Rick Conway, along with her son, Keith McGinness, and many friends.
Michelle shared heartfelt remarks, her gratitude and enthusiasm resonating with the crowd. "Thank you all for joining us today to celebrate this exciting milestone. It is truly heartwarming to see so many familiar faces, as well as so many new ones here to support the launch of Travel Haven Agency; your presence does mean the world to us," she told attendees.
"This journey wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of our friends, our family and community, and a special thank you to Raymond, my fiance, for believing in me. He is always giving and showing 100 percent on board. Thank you for believing in my vision and helping us to bring it to life. I could not do this without him. I work full-time, and he is taking over and doing a lot for us. His encouragement has been the compass guiding us every step of the way. You really are a gem," McCain said, looking at her fiance.
