RENOVO — Andrea Rose Counseling, in Renovo, is excited to share a new opportunity for community members seeking support and connection.

Through a partnership with Commonwealth University, graduate counseling intern Aliyah McGowan is now offering free counseling sessions for adult individuals and adolescents ages eight and up. Services are available both in person at Andrea Rose Counseling and virtually through telehealth, making support accessible for people throughout the area.

Whether someone is navigating stress, anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, feeling overwhelmed or simply looking for someone to talk to, this program is open to anyone who may benefit from additional support and conversation.

Sessions are completely free of charge and typically run for 8-10 weeks as part of the graduate internship program supervised through Andrea Rose Counseling.

“Andrea Rose Counseling believes everyone deserves access to support,” the practice shared. “Sometimes people simply need a space to process life, feel heard and connect with someone who cares.”
