JERSEY SHORE -- Pine Creek Seed is excited to announce the appointment of Doug Messersmith as product development & research manager, bringing decades of agronomy and seed industry expertise to the team.
Messersmith joins Pine Creek Seed with an extensive background in corn, soybean, wheat and alfalfa product development. His career includes leadership roles at Meherrin Ag & Chemical, Local/Revere Seed and Doebler's PA Hybrids, Inc., where he managed replicated plot research, conducted corn silage testing and data analysis and led agronomy training for sales teams. Doug's experience in university and third-party trials, as well as his proven ability to analyze data for sales and marketing, will drive innovation and product performance at Pine Creek Seed and their brands Doebler Family Genetics and ReGenAg Seed.

Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from The Pennsylvania State University and an Associate degree in Agricultural Business Management from Williamsport Area Community College.
