LOCK HAVEN -- After operating dozens of companies in Florida, Texas, California and
Pennsylvania for 58 years, Stephen Poorman announced his retirement effective Sept. 1, 2026.
His second floor office location on the corner of Grove and Main Street in Lock Haven will remain; however, he will no longer accept turnaround projects for troubled industries as Emeritus named by the Washington, DC Institute of Management Consultants, according to a release from Poorman's office.
A group of three trustees will administer The Stephen Poorman Trust to financially support Clinton County charitable groups, the release said.
Poorman will lecture at universities and release a new book in December to reveal his confidential relationship with the FBI. The book will be available locally and on Amazon.
